• WHS protection through our partnership with Workpro.
• Phone or video call with the placed candidate within the first week to check on progress.
• Phone or video call with the client within the first week to check on progress.
• Deal with any issues promptly.
• 4 to 6 weekly, structured review with candidate to address their progress with regards to adherence to project milestones, feedback from stakeholders, peers, cultural fit, risks and issues. (video or face to face meeting)
• Structured review with client regarding candidate’s adherence to project milestones, feedback from stakeholders, peers, cultural fit, risks and issues. (within 4 weeks of start date, either by phone, video or face to face)
• Ongoing support for candidate to ensure prompt payment (for contractor’s only ).
• Ongoing structured review, every 4 to 6 weeks with candidate. At agreed cadence with client.
• Ongoing structured review at agreed cadence with client.
• Ensure that candidate is aware that positive feedback ensures that their legacy and potential future work with the client or end of assignment reference/s are tied into their performance and behaviours whilst on client site such as coaching and mentoring others.
